Cancellation Policy:
- Where a deposit is payable at the time of booking (equivalent to one night’s tariff) and the booking is cancelled more than 7 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full.
- Where a deposit is payable at the time of booking (equivalent to one night’s tariff) and the booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- Failure to notify of a cancellation, or failure to arrive within 24 hours of the reservation date, will result in the cancellation of the booking and no deposit fees will be refunded. Exemptions may be considered if exceptional circumstances apply.
